Soil Aeration / Ripping

 Aerates the soil in preparation for reseeding. This allows the nutrients, water and oxygen to get to the roots of your grass. This lets the grass roots to penetrate deeper into the soil promoting stronger and healthier seed germination. It allows the ground to breathe and the plants to flourish.
